Expert Billing Solutions for HME & DME Providers

Miller started in billing and worked her way up to corporate wide collections and later compliance officer at larger DME Companies.  Miller has led a team of billing specialists, optimizing revenue cycle processes for HME and DME providers, HME due diligence, DME accreditation, Payer audits related to DME & overpayments, Compliance Program Development and Management, proactive billing audits.  With a vast experience, Miller has led a company through a self-disclosure, helped numerous clients identify and correct road blocks for their cash flow, as well as helped them through system conversions, improved collections and processes for many clients. She is married to Leigh, they have a blended family of two and four legged kids.

Emily and Miller worked together at Home Care Supply.  Emily assisted with a large audit within Home Care Supply.  She also did customer service training at multiple locations, stepped into multiple departments when people were out.  She managed billing operations for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and improving claim approval rates by 25%.  She has participated in projects with DME/POS providers for years with MAS from special projects to due diligence and now billing and revenue cycle.  Loves dogs and being a Nana.

Oversaw client accounts, providing strategic insights and solutions to enhance billing accuracy and client satisfaction. She also worked on special collection projects and software conversions. Best job is Yaya to her grandkids.

Loren came to MAS and My DME through a friend with no healthcare background.  She has learned dental coding and auditing as well as DME billing through our hands on training. She completed the dental coding certification from the ADA.  She is growing well with our organization.

Cindy worked with Miller at Home Care Supply where she was the liaison between the software vendor and the corporation, roll in conversions, mass monthly financials, EDI setup.  She has been handling the same functions since leaving Home Care Supply inhouse and consulting.
